Embroidered Floral Hats
This hat is the most detailed hat I've had made to date featuring embroidery on all the panels of the hat as well as a plaid ribbon tie in the back.

To create this hat, I started with making the flower vectors and then made sure to print out and measure the flower designs on to a hat to figure out the sizing.

I researched what an average head size was to figure out what size hat it should be constructed for and chose pantones to reference for the embroidery.

On the first sample, the flower embroidery was too small in places so I made sure to make a mock up with the larger flowers and an indication of the size that the larger flowers should be at.

In the end, the Chenille fabric on the face ended up not looking as soft and friendly as I wanted so I opted to have the fabric switched to a short fur minky instead which results in the final product image up at the top! :)
